How do I know if my house needs a full repipe?
Watch for rusty or discolored water, low pressure throughout the house, recurring leaks in different locations, or galvanized steel pipes older than 40 years. We do a free inspection and, if repiping is recommended, we replace everything with copper — backed by our 15-year warranty.
How much does drain cleaning cost?
We clear residential drains for $77 — or it’s free. If we can’t clear the blockage with our equipment, you pay nothing. Applies to single-family homes with an accessible exterior cleanout. Excludes storm drains and hydrojetting.
Should I switch to a tankless water heater?
Tankless water heaters provide unlimited hot water on demand and use significantly less energy than traditional tanks — but cost more upfront. We install Navien, Rheem, and Bradford White and can give you a same-day quote and honest recommendation based on your home’s needs.

Do you handle gas line work?
Yes. We handle gas line installation and repair for kitchen appliances, BBQ connections, fire pits, dryers, and whole-home gas systems. All gas line work is performed by our licensed team and meets California code requirements.
What is a sewer camera inspection and do I need one?
A sewer camera inspection uses a small waterproof camera to look inside your sewer line and identify blockages, root intrusion, pipe damage, or collapsed sections — without digging. We recommend one if you’re experiencing recurring drain issues, slow drains throughout the home, or if you’re buying an older Bay Area property.
